*How to judge the quality of semiconductor refrigeration chip


The quality of semiconductor refrigeration chip can be judged by measuring its resistance, current or voltage with a multimeter. The normal range of resistance of semiconductor refrigeration chip is 0-0.05 Ω, the normal range of current of Hangzhou semiconductor refrigeration chip is 0-0.09 a, and the normal range of voltage of semiconductor refrigeration chip is 0-0.1 v.

1. First, connect the two test wires of the universal pen to the semiconductor antifreeze sheet and the grounding wire, and separate the red wire from the black wire. The red line is the positive electrode of the frozen semiconductor chip, and the black line is the negative electrode of the frozen semiconductor chip.
2. Next, decide whether to measure the AC or DC of the semiconductor freezing sheet to check the quality. For DC voltage, adjust the gear in the DC area as shown and connect it to the measuring line.
3. If the line is 220V, black line will be used. When measuring the AC current of semiconductor refrigeration chip, the gear must be adjusted to the AC area. DC and AC correspond to two different gears respectively.
4. Insert the red and black test lines into the line difference. The value read by the multimeter is 00.4a. There is a digital display, which is the current number of ordinary Peltier circuits, which proves that Peltier is good.
